We were buying a house in AK while living in another state. We were unable to actual be at some of the walk through's. Jen sent pictures, videos, and luckily we had family in the area that she stayed in contact with as well to help us out. This was our first time and OOOHHH BOY was there some hurdles during the process but she was there to keep us updated on every step and re-explaining everything to us no matter how many times we asked. We also moved during the middle of the school year with two kids in elementary school and was able to inform us about the different schools in the different areas. Jen definitely went above and beyond what she needed to do for us. She continues to check in and make sure everything is good! Jen you ROCK!!
